My personal journey in the health & fitness industry is over 12 years strong & life long. Through it I have helped thousands build their lives sustainably with GRIT. As a mom, Power-builder, Equestrian , & multi business owner. I created an atmosphere that is a reflection of my own lifestyle as an athlete to help others succeed. I am a NASM CPT & Behavioral Mindset coach & ready to help you achieve greater things! My coaching style is about sharing my knowledge with you & meeting where you are to help you grow. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
